I'm not sure what it is about Cincinnatis radio stations but they mesh very well with me. From Pop Music to Old School R&B to Oldies in general they have a good mix of stations. Though I must admit I have a newfound love in one station in particular....
WMKV - The station refers to itself as Big Band Music & Nostalgia and its incredibly a breath of fresh air. If you tune in weekdays at 7pm (Eastern Time) you can catch an hour of Mystery Playhouse Radio. Often times I'm driving home from work while listening and before you know it, the 30 minute drive is over and I'm sitting in my car waiting for the first program to finish before going upstairs to listen to the second suspense story.
If you have any interest in nostalgic, old time music I would definitely recommend giving it a listen (at any time of day). You can listen to the station streaming live through your media player by clicking here.
